"Iowa-Grant History  - The Formation of a School District and the 50 Years that Followed"

The Iowa-Grant School District celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2010.  After this successful event, the Iowa-Grant Educational Foundation put together a 312 page book with 1500 photos, detailing the 50+ years of the district’s history.  Included in the book is the history of each country and town school (43 in all) that preceded the district formation, followed by how and why the district came to be, the construction, dedication, decades of school activities, over 200 photos from the reunion, listings of all students, faculty, board members, staff and ending with a comprehensive index by individual name.

 All proceeds of this book went to the Foundation to provide scholarships and school projects.  We are thrilled to share that these 2000 books have now found homes with many of our alunmi, staff, supporters and students.  Thank you.
